Terms and Conditions

We ask all of our customers to thoroughly check the mailing address(es) and addressee(s) for all orders (even if you have placed orders with us in the past) in an effort to ensure your items are delivered in a timely manner.


For any non-deliverable order where we are unable to contact the buyer for an alternate or updated mailing address and/or addressee, there will be a restocking fee of $2.50 for orders under $50, a restocking fee of $5.00 for orders $51 - $100 and all orders $101 or more will be charged 8% of the purchase price. The purchase charge (not including handling/shipping fees, these charges are non-refundable for non-deliverable orders) minus the restocking fee will be refunded to the original payment method used by the buyer.


Orders that are returned to our company as non-deliverable however we are able to obtain an updated address and/or addressee the buyer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost before an order will be reshipped.

Refund Policy

If your order was damaged in transit our office will work with you to replace the item(s) impacted. Any refund request made to our office will be reviewed and consider accordingly. Open items and/or products that have been used* will not be considered for a refund.
